Annual Atlantic Warriors Wing Chun Kung Fu Christmas Gathering - Jacksonville Beach, FL

Some things are priceless. This year's annual gathering of Atlantic Warriors was one of those things. Students from all over gathered together in one place and enjoyed each other. Everyone ate, joked, enjoyed, and drank in the Christmas spirit.

In addition, this year's Christmas party was a wonderful capstone to a year of breathtaking milestones for Atlantic Warriors Wing Chun Gung Fu. In the next blog post, we will share the major 2010 milestones with you.

Ip Man's Wing Chun Maxims- Interpreted by Atlantic Warriors in Jacksonville, Florida

In a constant effort to enhance the knowledge, understanding, and skill of his students, Sifu Petree interprets one of Ip Man's Wing Chun maxims every week. In addition to interpretation, the Atlantic Warriors Wing Chun students learn how to apply the teachings found in each of the maxims. After all, knowing is NOT enough, you must APPLY!

Personal Protection Class for Women- December 18, 2010, Presented by Atlantic Warriors in Jacksonville, Florida

Taught by the 2010 Reality-Based Fighting, Self-Defense Instructor of the Year for Women's Self-Defense, Atlantic Warriors Personal Protection Course in December is specifically designed to teach you how to survive today's dangerous environment. By shattering the myths surrounding realistic self-defense, Jacksonville local martial arts expert, Sifu Jonathan Petree, equips women with the facts and usable skills in this unique 2-part course. Graduates will be a force to be reckoned with regardless of their size, strength or fitness level.
This is like no other course - this is today's most advanced and up-to-date understanding of how to survive a physical attack. This highly comprehensive self-defense course gives women the ability to simplify self-defense by understanding where and when they are most vulnerable. It will cover defenses against all kinds of attacks including anti-rape, and anti-abduction tactics and teach women how to "tap into" their natural, God-given survival response. This course includes both classroom, and hand-to-hand components. You will be able to immediately use what you learn in this class, but we hope you will never have to. In addition, participants will become fully certified in Atlantic Warriors' Level 1 Basic Defensive Methods Course
